Ministry takes money. It would be nice if that wasn’t case but in order to minister to those in need we need to cover the operating costs of our 501c3 organization – costs like a phone line, payroll, website maintenance, etc. But more importantly we need to cover the costs of sharing the hope of Christ with the lost, the marginalized and those who might never step foot through the doors of a church. Costs like our concert trailer, gas, the generator rental and all the expenses required to bring the sound of hope and practical resources to those in need.

Maybe we’re not what you think of when you think about local missions. That’s okay. We’re a bit unconventional. We call our music #Outlaw Gospel, our lead singer is covered in tattoos, at any given event we probably have Harley’s in front of the stage. But like Christ, we meet people where they’re at – ministering to the addicted, the church averse, the homeless and the searching. If Christ was walking the Earth today, we’re pretty sure we’d find Him in all the same places.
